    Core:
    - MsgFuse implementation Meteor spam.
    - Trading will no longer work while NPCs are active.
    - NPC scripts will no longer work while Trading is active.
    - Spell Experience has been rewritten.
    - Internal & Security updates.

    Attack/Spell:
    - Dodge spell will now properly adjust player stats.
    - Reflect will now properly deal damage to attackers.
    - XPSpells should no longer buffer up more than 2 minutes.

    Creature:
    - DevilKings will no longer count as kings and will no longer take 10 times less damage.

    NPC:
    - SpaceMarks Dialogs
    - Twin City - Lantern (Voting System 2/2).
    - Corrected an issue with MagicArtisan.

    Item:
    - Chests/Boxes will no longer expand and go over inventory limit.
    - Fixed an issue with Market - MagicArtisan

    Misc:
    - Fixed an issue with composing 120+ gear
    - Getting killed by guards will now add their owners to the target's enemy list.
    - Fixed an issue with Disconnections in GuildArea during GW not sending players to GW Jail.

    Game-play:
    - Drop rate adjustments.
    - Infinite Stamina in PKA from xx:00 to xx:30 and Jail from xx:30 to xx:00.
