    Core:
    - New Moderator and Admin system and capabilities such as follows:
    -- Moderators will now be chat filtered, In order to contact a mod, please make a ticket using the MessageBoard->Others tab.
    -- Mute Commands implemented to counter the toxic behaviour for some players.
    - Mining rates improved by a big margin.
    - More AntiCheat capabilities.
    - Rates are now in decimal values instead.
    - Attempts to fix DMap issues.
    - Fixed height checks problems with jumping/running/walking/attacking.
    - Players will no longer be able to jump guild gates using lag jumps.
    - Halo System is in place and working.
    - Name Change option implemented (Not Active).
    - Sex Change option implemented (Not Active).
    - Tasks can now also be account wide.
    - Now Non-VIP and VIP players will gain passive gold income at 20%, 40% respectively.
    - Gold rate is no longer double since passive income is more effective now.
    - Fixed an issue with Hawk Messages not being spammed.
    - Modifications to how chatting is handled to allow for more admin/mod capabilities.
    - Default CryOut (Hawk) message for booths.

    Attack/Spell:
    - Poison attack on Melee swing will no longer kill it's target twice.
    - Fixed an issue with mana backswords failing procs if the target dies too quickly.

    Event:
    - Expballs added as an event reward.
    - GuildWars will now award the halos properly to the winners.
    - CityWars rewards are still 25% for winners and 15% for everyone else.
    - AFK players will not be targettable by others in PvP Events.
    - PassTheBomb event written.
    - Chaser event written.
    - KillTheCaptain event written.
    - Fixed an issue with DeathMatch throwing a NRE.
    - Players that are dead or disconnected mid teleport will no longer be taken to events.
    - Hysteria will no longer spam global GM chat.

    Companions:
    - Guard and Pet AI improved.
    - Companions will less likely walk/run to invalid coords.

    NPC:
    - Enhanced Dragonball upgrade/socket ratios on Magic Artisan even further.
    - Enhanced Dragonball upgrade/socket ratios on Magic WeaponMaster even further.
    - Modifications to Lantern.
    - Preperations for PlayerGuide NPC.

    Misc:
    - FrostEmu Discord bot will now announce CityWar winners in server_messages channel.
    - Code cleanup and optimiztions.
    - Old and unused code removed.
