    PvP Event improvements.

    Core:
    - Player disguise rewritten to support multiple items.

    Npc:
    - Extended GreatMerchant functionality to support the new Disguise system.
    - Corrected a typo with MysticMerchant (12 hours duration instead of 60 minutes).

    Event:
    - On signing up players will be automatically taught fb/ss and equipped with a blade & sword no matter the class.
    - Doubled PvP Event rewards.

    Cmd:
    - Fixed up /tourny commands to allow auto equip pvp items.
