    PvPEvent updates and fixups.

    Core:
    - Market stalls will no longer allow unsellable/untradable items to be vended.
    - Warehouses will no longer allow unstorable items to be stored.

    PvPEvent:
    - EventTeam now disposes of disconnected/eliminated members properly.
    - CaptureTheFlag Disconnection handling and re-assigning/droping of flags.
    - KillTheCaptain Disconnection handling and re-assigning/droping of captains.
    - KillTheTerrorist Disconnection handling and re-assigning/droping of terrorists.
    - PassTheBomb Disconnection handling and re-assigning/droping of bombs.

    Cmd:
    - Fixed up a discord command (.unbanaccounts).
