Core: - Server will now drop laggy clients (this should prevent skipping). - Server will now drop clients that disconnect before sending a quit message due to it ending the process in a shitty fashion ggwp TQ (this will stop chars from lingering in the game world after a client disconnects). - Server will now drop clients that don't communicate with the server within 60 seconds (this will stop chars from lingering in the game world after a client disconnects).
