Core: - Corrected all packets that were being encrypted twice when the same instance of a packet is broadcast to multiple surroundings due to encryption being specific to each packet and different for each player. - Vision fixups. - Debugging messages toggled off again. - Better logging for incoming and outgoing packets. - Server kickout is now disabled during a debugging session. - Discord bot will no longer spam on server boot.
